Yoga and Fitness – Private Signature and Group Classes

The aim of yoga is helping you reaching physical, psychological and spiritual freedom. Fitness focuses on merely physical health but it should not be undervalued because no one can reach psychological and spiritual freedom without attain physical health. As Ayurveda says: “health is the very root of virtue, wealth, sexual satisfaction and spiritual emancipation (Caraka Samhita, Sutra Sthana I:15).  There are different yoga approaches  which are all equally relevant. Their effectiveness depends in the way their are applied and up to a great extend to the nature of the person for whom they are applied. It is therefore important to have wellness consultation before starting yoga practice  to define realistic goals,  to determine appropriate methods and planning a comprehensive wellness schedule.
